Scott brings a wealth of industry experience to Americorp. While his responsibilities are wide ranging across all departments he is keenly aware that customer and employee satisfaction are most critical. Scott is a “hands-on” executive who enjoys spending time with customers and being on-site with employees. He enjoys contributing to value driven solutions for our clients. He leads by example and sets the tone for our culture of making all decisions in the best interest of our customers and employees. Scott is married with two children, and just became a grandfather for the first time with a second on the way. He is an avid sports fan, is active within his church and their ministries and enjoys spending time with his new grandson.


ERVIN CAYAX – Operations Manager

Ervin is a great example of Americorp’s commitment to promote from within. He started with Americorp in 1999 as a supervisor of our Special Services team. As a result of his commitment to excellence, ability to improve team performance and his industry knowledge he has worked his way to overseeing all of our operations. Ervin sets and provides support to a high standard of performance for Americorp. His unique ability to exceed customer’s expectation sets him apart. He is married with two daughters, enjoys playing and watching soccer and is active in helping individuals from his home country of Guatemala.

Mina Yepez

MINA YEPEZ – Area Manager

Mina leads our service teams in Eastern Pennsylvania. She is actively involved on a daily basis in the delivery of our services and communicating with clients. She is a people person who maximizes the performance from her workers to reach outstanding quality levels. Mina is a mother of two boys ages 10 and 5.

Michelle Haddock – Office Manager

Michelle joined Americorp in 2016, bringing with her 25 years of experience in accounting and customer service. Michelle is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the accounting, payroll and administration departments. She is called upon to streamline processes and develop best practice procedures to support our customers and employees. Michelle is married with two children, and just recently became a grandmother for the first time with a second on the way. She enjoys cooking, shopping, cruising and spending time with her family and new grandson.


Wendy Guedez – Payroll / Human Resources Admin

Wendy joined the Americorp team in June 2016 with responsibilities in both human resources and the payroll department. She oversees all of the human resources functions and ensures that all employees are quickly and easily transitioned into our systems.        As a member of the accounting team, she provides her expertise in accounts payable and payroll. The things she enjoys the most is helping others.
